Pairvi's basic mandate as a social change organization lies in initiating the process of policy advocacy - an important means of achieving social change through inclusion and empowerment. Pairvi focuses on building the capacities of civil society constituents to advocate on their behalf and on the behalf of the marginalized and enable them to carry out larger roles in the process of social change.
