PAIRVI and Chetna Samajik Sanstha collaborated to organize a State Consultation on Strengthening PRIS in the light of the upcoming Panchayat Elections in Bihar at AN Sinha Institute of Social Studies, Patna on 30th September. The Consultation discussed best practices and how Panchayat elections and its functioning can be improved in Bihar. An informal voluntary group Panchayat Chetna comprised of local social workers was formed. This group is led by Chetna Samajik Sanstha and will organized massive awareness campaign for Panchayat election.
The Consultation is witnessed by more than 60 participants across the state. Basant Rao Patil, Rashtriya Swabhiman Andolan, Sahina Praveen, The Hunger Project, Pushyamitra, Journalist, Rupesh Kumar, Koshish were among the speakers.
