The conference on Strengthening the Role of State Human Rights Commission and District Human Rights Court was jointly organized by PAIRVI and Legal Aid Committee, RMLNLU, Lucknow on 17th April 2022. The conference was organized to share the draft report of study on Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission and District Human Rights Court, Lucknow conducted by PAIRVI. Dr. Manish Singh, Chairperson of Legal Aid Committee delivered the inaugural speech. Dr. Vikas Bhati, Faculty RMLNLU spoke on the importance of digital human rights.┬а Dr. AD Singh, Faculty RMLNLU briefed the key finding of the study on SHRC and District Human Right Courts. Other panelists also shared their view on the role of the State Human Rights Commission and District Human Rights Court. Around 50 Law research scholars, academicians, advocates and social activists participated in the roundtable.
