The Consultation was organized by CECOEDECON, PAIRVI & MAUSAM on 6th August. Afsar Jafri (Grain), Nachiket Udupa & Madhulika (Aasha), Rampal Jat (Kisan Mahasangh) and Justice PC Jain (MAUSAM) spoke on challenges and opportunities for small farmers in the digitalization of Agri and efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture towards it. Majority of the speakers held the view that it could benefit the farmers in many ways but caution is needed in data protection and corporate interest.
