On March 17 and 23, 2025, community meetings were conducted with women beedi workers in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and Jamui, Bihar. These sessions aimed to strengthen grassroots organization and prepare for cooperative formation. In Jamui, local vegetable seeds were distributed to promote nutrition gardens—an important step toward building long-term trust, self-sufficiency, and deeper engagement with the local communities.
