The Forum was organized by the UNEP and the Government of Fiji. Ajay K Jha was invited as elected Regional Facilitator for Asia Pacific. He planned, led and organized the Major Groups and Stakeholders Forum (27th August), and facilitated CSOs/Major Groups participation in the official Forum on the 28th and 29th. He also spoke in the Multi stakeholder Dialogue on Partnership in the Ministerial Segment on the 29th August. Besides, he also moderated a side event organized by UNEP and UN Women titled “from Inclusion to Impact; Advancing gender just finance and technology solutions” on 28th August, and spoke at the AP Youth Environment Forum on the 26th Aug and at “Growing Sustainable, Clean and Green Tech Economies by Transforming High Impact Sectors; A Path to Resilience and Prosperity in Asia Pacific,” at the Science Policy Business Dialogue on the 26th August.
